About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Enterprise SaaS Sales Manager to lead business development and enterprise sales across Banks, NBFCs, FinTech’s, P2P Lending Platforms, Digital Lenders, and Collection Agencies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions, building CXO relationships, and managing long enterprise sales cycles.
The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating recurring SaaS revenue, and expanding strategic partnerships across the BFSI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers in the Banking, NBFC, FinTech, P2P Lending, and Digital Lending sectors.
- Sell subscription-based SaaS solutions to CXOs, Business Heads, Risk Heads, Collections Heads, Legal Heads, and Operations Teams.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, industry events, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to senior management.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams for smooth onboarding.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate
- 4–10 years of Enterprise SaaS/B2B Sales experience.
- Experience selling to Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, or BFSI enterprises.
- Strong understanding of Lending, Collections, Risk, Recovery, Legal Operations, or Loan Management.
- Existing relationships with senior decision-makers in the BFSI sector will be an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience handling enterprise sales cycles of 2–6 months.
- Ability to consistently exceed revenue targets.
