Job Summary
The Health Advisory Officer will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound health-related calls, providing accurate health information based on approved protocols, and supporting awareness and promotion of government health programmes and schemes. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and respond to health-related queries received through calls.
- Provide information and guidance as per approved health advisory protocols.
- Educate callers about government health schemes, programmes, and IEC activities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.
- Ensure professional, courteous, and empathetic communication with beneficiaries.
- Escalate complex cases to the concerned medical team when required.
- Adhere to organizational policies, confidentiality standards, and quality guidelines.
- Support awareness campaigns and health promotion initiatives.

- Fresher to 1 Year Experience

Language Requirement
- Marathi (Mandatory)
- Hindi and English communication skills will be an added advantage.
