- Booking & Reservations: Create, modify, and cancel domestic and international flight bookings.
- Ticketing Operations: Issue tickets, process reissues, handle seat upgrades, and calculate fares accurately.
- Document Handling: Check travel documents, verify passports, and issue boarding passes at the airport counter.
- Customer Support: Guide passengers on baggage allowances, flight schedules, and visa information.
- System Usage: Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to check availability.
Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma (10+2) minimum; a diploma in travel and tourism is preferred. With AIATA certification
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in booking software (GDS) and basic computer skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal abilities.
- Work Environment: High-pressure airport settings requiring the ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. [1, 2, 3]
