Slitely is an AI-powered recruitment and training SaaS platform helping employers, job seekers and professionals make hiring and upskilling more efficient and data-driven. We are expanding our corporate sales function and looking for an Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales to drive business growth and build a strong sales team.
THE ROLE
A hands-on sales leadership role focused on acquiring corporate customers for Slitely’s Founding Member Package, while building and managing a team of up to 10 sales professionals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive B2B sales across MSMEs, Corporates, HR teams, Founders and CXOs.
- Leverage existing networks, referrals and multiple channels to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Present Slitely’s recruitment and AI-powered solutions and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build, recruit, train and manage a team of up to 10 sales professionals.
- Manage key client relationships and develop long-term corporate accounts.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasts and regular sales reports.
- Work closely with the founders and internal teams to strengthen the sales strategy.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales.
- Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, EdTech, digital products or software sales preferred.
- Strong professional network across MSMEs, Corporates, CXOs, Founders and HR professionals.
- Existing network of sales professionals is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships and close business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and team management skills.
- Comfortable with CRM, pipeline management and sales reporting.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial and able to hit the ground running with immediate ownership of the sales mandate.
COMPENSATION
Fixed Salary + 20% Sales Incentive after achieving the defined monthly sales threshold.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District)
