We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through advanced assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning. This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership abilities, and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and accurately diagnose a wide range of physical conditions
- Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans
- Deliver advanced therapeutic interventions to optimize patient recovery and functional outcomes
- Collaborate closely with consultants, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior physiotherapists and therapy assistants to maintain high treatment standards
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in line with regulatory and organizational standards
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to achieve optimal results
- Uphold best practices, safety protocols, and ethical standards in all clinical activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Valid license/registration to practice physiotherapy
- Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
