Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D exterior elevations, renders, and walkthroughs.
- Should be capable of independently designing elevation & developing new design concept.
- Develop realistic material textures, lighting, and landscaping elements.
- Convert architectural drawings into detailed 3D models.
- Work closely with architects/designers to finalize design intent.
- Present design options, mood boards, and visual concepts.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp/3ds Max/Lumion/Blender + V-Ray/Corona/Enscape.
- Good sense of composition, proportions, colour, lighting, and materials.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and exterior design principles.
