- Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of materials and finished products
- Analyze quality data and identify trends, root causes, and improvement areas
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and design teams to improve product quality
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, safety, regulatory requirements)
- Prepare quality reports and documentation
- Support internal and external audits
- Train employees on quality standards and procedures
