- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and mapping within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to align with organizational workflows.
- Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
