About the Role:
We are looking for a candidate to support and scale our online business across marketplaces and website platforms. This role requires strong expertise in cataloguing, marketplace operations, and website management, along with the ability to independently manage day-to-day e-commerce activities.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of driving seamless online operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product information including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, inventory, and images.
- Maintain product catalogs, collections, and backend operations on Shopify.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads, content, creatives, and campaign execution.
- Monitor website and marketplace performance to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal updates across platforms.
- Perform regular catalog audits and quality checks to maintain listing accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot listing-related issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Maintain and manage product master sheets, inventory trackers, and catalog databases.
- Assist in improving processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with marketplace trends, cataloguing standards, and Shopify features.
Requirements:
- 2–7 years of experience in e-commerce cataloguing, marketplace operations, or Shopify management.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Good understanding of product cataloguing, inventory management, and backend operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Bonus Points (if you have):
- Familiarity with Shopify themes and website customization.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for product listings.
- Experience with bulk uploads and marketplace seller panels.
- Ability to identify and improve operational processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
