About the Role
The Jio Point Manager is responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, distribution expansion, and retail excellence within the assigned territory. The role focuses on developing the Jio market, managing channel partners, ensuring supply chain efficiency, and delivering superior retailer engagement to achieve business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development & Business Growth
- Develop and expand the Jio Point market within the assigned territory.
- Drive new customer acquisition through Jio SIM sales, AirFiber sales, and other Jio products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute market expansion initiatives.
- Achieve assigned acquisition, sales, and revenue targets on a consistent basis.
Channel Management
- Identify, onboard, and develop channel partners to strengthen market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Monitor channel partner performance and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
Retailer Engagement & Service Excellence
- Service retailers as per the defined beat plan and ensure regular market coverage.
- Enhance retailer engagement through continuous support, communication, and relationship management.

Required Qualifications
- 12th Standard / Higher Secondary
- Relevant experience in Telecom, FMCG, Retail Distribution, Consumer Durables, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of sales, and distribution

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
