This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Administrator to take charge of managing and securing the company's IT Infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining Firewalls, Security Protocols, and Employee Monitoring Software to ensure Data Protection, Network Stability, and Compliance with organizational IT policies.
You will work closely with internal departments to manage Access Controls, monitor network activities, and maintain the security and integrity of systems. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying vulnerabilities, optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations.

- Manage and monitor Firewall Configurations, VPN Access, and Network Security Protocols.
- Administer and maintain Employee Monitoring, Endpoint Security, and Data Protection Software.
- Oversee User Access Management, including onboarding, offboarding, and permissions control.
- Conduct regular System Audits to ensure compliance with IT and security policies.
- Identify, investigate, and mitigate potential security threats or breaches.
- Collaborate with IT vendors for product updates, licensing, and technical support.
- Ensure timely updates and Patch Management for all network devices and systems.
- Support Incident Response activities and maintain logs for audits and compliance checks.
- Provide end-user IT support when required and ensure minimal downtime.
- Document all IT processes, configurations, and security policies for internal reference.
Must Have
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an IT Administrator or Network Security Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Firewall Technologies (Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, or similar).
- Experience with Employee Monitoring Tools (e.g., Teramind, ActivTrak, Hubstaff) and Endpoint Management Solutions.
- Proficiency in Network Configuration, Access Management, and Security Protocols.
- Working knowledge of Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Active Directory, and Backup Systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Understanding of VAPT Reports, Patching, and Compliance-driven Security Standards.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
