Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across product and operations portfolios.

Provide clear narrative and insight into financial results, including drivers of performance, risks, and opportunities.

Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, leveraging automation, data, and emerging technologies to modernize processes and enable scalable growth.

Partner with Operations and Real Estate stakeholders to ensure effective deployment of resources.

Drive operational excellence, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, standardizing processes, and enhance resiliency.

Build strong partnerships with CFOs, Ops Product Heads, Operations leaders, and functional stakeholders.

Lead, develop, and inspire a large, multi-level team (Analysts through VPs) across multiple disciplines.

Drive talent strategy, succession planning, and capability building, particularly in analytics, automation, and strategic thinking.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
-
15+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, Strategy, or Business Management within a global financial institution.

Proven ability to partner with CFOs and senior executives, influencing strategic decisions.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Executive-level communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Advanced degree (MBA, Finance, or related field).

Experience in Operations, Location Strategy, or Corporate Real Estate/Workplace Strategy with be a plus.

Exposure to data and digital transformation (e.g., automation, advanced analytics, AI/ML).
