Overview: Total Solutions Group (TSG) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the tendering process, which includes preparing and submitting bids for projects and contracts. This role ensures that all bids meet the company's quality standards and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Govt Tender and International Tenders - Financial & Non-Financial (Technical)
- Identifying the latest floated Govt tenders through various Govt portals (Gem Portal & CPPP is a must)
- Analyzing the bid details, solutions, concepts including associated risks.
- Leading bid & tender management team to enhance its effectiveness.
- Proposal Management, Tendering, Writing and Preparation of PPT/ Presentations
- Solution development, presentation and objection handling with the stakeholders.
- Develop and customize profiles/CVs of key experts as per bid requirements of the ToR.
- Attend project meetings, present solution and objection handling on company's behalf.
- Ensure compliance of proposal as per tender requirements and support on preparation of EOI/RFQ/RFP Proposals.
- Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
