About the Role
Institute of Design and Technology (IDT) is looking for a friendly, confident, and organized individual to join our Admissions & Student Support Team. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and assisting prospective students throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors.
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
- Provide information about courses, admissions, and institute activities.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Schedule counseling appointments and maintain records.
- Manage student databases and admission documentation.
- Support daily administrative and office operations.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-service mindset and positive attitude.
