We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and bookkeeping activities. The role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, processing vendor payments, maintaining accurate accounting records in NetSuite/accounting systems, support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities, assist in monthly and year-end closing processes, prepare MIS and financial reports, and ensuring timely reconciliations of bank, vendor, customer, and ledger accounts.

What you will do:
Accounting & Financial Operations:
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and review journal entries, payment vouchers, receipt entries, and contra entries.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in netsuite /accounting systems.
- Monitor accounting records and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process vendor payments and monitor payment schedules.
- Verify invoices, approvals, agreements, and supporting documents before payment processing.
- Handle customer receipts and follow up for outstanding receivables when required.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payment-related queries and reconciliations.
Reconciliation & Financial Control:
- Checking bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Handle vendor, customer, ledger, and Intercompany reconciliations.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure accuracy of balances reflected in books of accounts.
GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance:
- Assist in GST reconciliation, return data preparation, and compliance workings.
- Support TDS calculation, deduction entries, and related reconciliations.
- Maintain records and documentation required for statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for compliance-related matters.
MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, expense analysis, and payment tracking reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Provide accounting data and reports as required by management.
Audit & Documentation:
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist during internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial controls.
- Support preparation of schedules and reports required during audits.
Coordination & Process Management:
- Coordinate with internal departments for approvals, invoice verification, and financial documentation.
- Liaise with banks for transaction-related matters and payment processing.
- Ensure adherence to company finance policies and operational procedures.
- Suggest process improvements for efficient accounting and payment workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com) or equivalent qualification.
- M.Com or additional accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Collections process.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in handling vendor management, reconciliations, and compliance support.
- Familiarity with NetSuite systems and audit processes.
- Candidates with strong Excel and reporting skills will be preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines efficiently
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
- Experience with automation tools such as Power BI and any other.
- Ability to work in time-sensitive and target-driven environment.
