Key Responsibilities
- Call potential and existing patients to offer health check packages, specialized treatments, or wellness programs.
- Contact digital marketing leads, qualify prospects, and maintain active follow-up logs.
- Listen to health concerns, explain available medical procedures or package benefits, and offer empathetic guidance.
- Book online or in-person consultations with doctors and medical specialists.
- Record all call interactions, update patient details, and track progress using systems.
- Meet monthly conversion, booking, and revenue generation goals.
- Collaborate with the front desk, medical staff, and operations teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
Pay: ₹5,873.08 - ₹15,799.45 per month
