Role Summary
We are looking for an 1 - 2 years of experienced and disciplined Garments Production Supervisor to manage daily stitching, finishing, and packing operations in our export garment manufacturing unit. The role is responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining buyer quality standards, ensuring manpower discipline, and driving efficiency on the shop floor.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Control
- Plan and execute daily production targets based on shipment schedules.
- Balance production lines according to operator skill levels and style requirements.
- Monitor line efficiency, output, and productivity.
Manpower Management
- Allocate operators, helpers, checkers, and packers efficiently.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Provide on-job training to improve skills and efficiency.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure inline quality standards as per buyer specifications.
- Reduce rework, rejection, and alteration levels.
- Coordinate with QA teams for inspections and corrective actions.
Material & Process Control
- Ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Monitor fabric utilisation and minimise wastage.
- Maintain smooth workflow between cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.
Qualifications
- 1- 4 years of experience in export garment manufacturing
