Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Manage end-to-end bookings for flights, hotels, and holiday packages
- Coordinate with customers for travel requirements and confirmations
- Execute domestic and international tour packages smoothly
- Handle vendor coordination (hotels, transport, airlines, local agents)
- Prepare and share detailed travel itineraries with clients
- Manage visa, passport, and travel documentation processes
- Assist in tour package costing and pricing.
- Monitor ongoing trips and provide real-time support to travelers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and last-minute changes
- Maintain daily reports of bookings, leads, and operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,711.73 - ₹24,080.96 per month
