Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to design visually appealing graphics and create intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create engaging visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and branding materials
- Design logos, banners, posters, brochures, and other promotional assets
- Maintain brand consistency across all design work
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams for creative requirements
UI/UX Design
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Conduct basic user research and apply usability principles
- Improve existing designs based on feedback and usability testing
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design and/or UI/UX Design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Coraldraw, Canva
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and UI/UX work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
