About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Franchise Sales Executive to drive franchise expansion for Emperor Bulls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, generating leads through cold calling, conducting meetings, and closing franchise deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate franchise leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and online platforms.
- Contact prospective franchise investors and business owners.
- Schedule and conduct meetings (online and offline) with potential franchise partners.
- Present the company's franchise model, investment requirements, and business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Handle franchise inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the franchise process.
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with management during franchise onboarding and agreement execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Attend franchise exhibitions, business networking events, and seminars when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Franchise Sales, Business Development, or Field Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
- Ability to travel for client meetings when required.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
