We are looking for an experienced Area Manager – Business Development to build and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, PMCs, and key influencers. The role focuses on driving product specifications, increasing brand visibility, and supporting project sales in the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, PMCs, and interior designers.
- Present product range and new innovations.
- Generate product specifications for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Track project pipelines and market opportunities.
- Gather competitor and market intelligence.
- Maintain project details and follow-ups through CRM.
- Coordinate with sales and dealer teams for project execution.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, or Architect Engagement.
- Experience in building materials such as tiles, sanitaryware, laminates, plywood, or related industries.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
