Key Responsibilities
· Execute and supervise all civil activities for ground mount solar projects.
· Prepare and verify civil estimations, BOQ, quantity calculations, and material requirements.
· Handle site layout marking, foundation works, RCC works, trenching, and structural civil activities.
· Coordinate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
· Monitor site progress and ensure completion within project timelines.
· Ensure quality control and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
· Maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.
· Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
· Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams during execution.
· Verify contractor bills and work measurements.
· Resolve site-level civil execution issues effectively.
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge in Civil Estimation & Quantity Surveying.
· Experience in Ground Mount Solar Project Civil Works.
· Good understanding of RCC, foundations, MMS structure foundations, and trench works.
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
· Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.
· Good communication and team coordination skills.
· Willingness to travel and work across Tamil Nadu project sites.
Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Experience in Solar EPC / Turnkey Ground Mount Projects is mandatory.
· Candidate should be capable of handling site execution independently.
· Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹11,878.41 - ₹27,357.48 per month
