In this role, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating system simulation (CAE) activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating effectively within global teams. You will apply strong technical expertise, ownership, and persistence to drive projects from concept through execution while maintaining Autoliv’s high safety and quality standards.

Execute and coordinate system CAE (meshing and analysis) tasks and projects with high efficiency and quality
Make sound technical decisions while handling complex simulation requirements and trade-offs
Take full ownership and accountability of assigned deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Work closely with account managers, global teams, and stakeholders to align on project scope and expectations
Perform meshing and analysis using Hypermesh, LS-Dyna, Primer, and LS-Post with minimal supervision
Ensure quality and timely delivery of all CAE tasks and projects
Conduct stage-wise reviews with stakeholders to track progress and maintain deliverable standards
Apply structured problem-solving approaches and continuously improve simulation methodologies
Adapt to changing business needs, tools, and processes, including working in shifts when required
Support team members, share knowledge, and contribute to building a strong collaborative team environment
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety, and quality standards
Proven experience in CAE analysis, meshing, and system simulation within automotive or engineering services
Expertise in Hypermesh and LS-Dyna
Working knowledge of Primer and LS-Post
Understanding of NCAP requirements and system model setup
Experience working in cross-functional and global teams
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality results within deadlines
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies
Programming/automation skills (added advantage)
Experience in Human Body Model (HBM) simulations (preferred)
Product knowledge of seatbelts and airbags is desirable
