AYRS Graphics is a leading printing press specializing in high-quality book production. We are equipped with advanced machinery and cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional printing solutions. We are looking for energetic and experienced Accountant preferably from Manufacturing or Printing Press background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the printing press.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance.
- Handle TDS computations, deductions, and filings.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare detailed costing reports for production jobs.
- Reconcile bank statements, financial ledgers, and other accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Support financial audits and reporting requirements.
- Generate financial reports to support business decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an accountant in a manufacturing unit, preferably printing or production-related industries.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS regulations, and other tax compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP or other financial tools.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
NOTE: PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATE WORKED AS AN ACCOUNTANT IN ANY MANUFACTURING UNIT.....
