Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-up schedules.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails promptly.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Handle billing, payment collection, and invoice generation.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a clean, organized environment.
- Handle general administrative and front office duties.
- Assist in managing clinic inventory and office supplies when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Healthcare Administration.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and billing software).
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
