Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Manager who has hands-on experience managing campaigns specifically for the USA and UK markets. The candidate must have a strong understanding of international audience targeting, conversion tracking, and ROI-driven campaign optimization.
Important: Only candidates who have worked on USA or UK Google Ads campaigns should apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping).
- Handle USA & UK based campaigns with proper audience targeting and bidding strategies.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis for international markets.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, and ROAS.
- Monitor daily budgets and performance metrics.
- Setup and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager).
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- A/B testing of ad copies and landing pages.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies and algorithm changes.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Google Ads management.
- Proven experience handling USA or UK market campaigns (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certification (Preferred).
- Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns for international clients.
- Ability to handle high-budget campaigns.

As per industry standards (Based on experience)
