We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across Accounting Outsourcing and Accounts & Finance Recruitment/Staffing.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting Outsourcing:Acquire clients for bookkeeping, payroll, GST/TDS compliance, MIS reporting, and CFO services across SMEs, startups, and growing businesses.
Recruitment & Staffing:Manage hiring mandates (permanent/contract) and build strong relationships with CFOs, HR Heads, and business owners.
Core Duties:✔ End-to-end B2B sales from prospecting to closure✔ Build long-term client relationships & recurring revenue✔ Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery✔ Drive leads via LinkedIn, referrals, and networks✔ Maintain pipeline & revenue forecasts
We’re Looking For:✔ 3–7 years of B2B sales/business development experience✔ Background in outsourcing, staffing, or professional services✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills✔ Understanding of accounting, GST, TDS & payroll
