We are looking for an Agentic AI Systems Engineer / Agentic AI Architect to build advanced autonomous AI systems for chip design automation and engineering workflows.
The role involves designing and scaling multi-agent AI systems with capabilities around planning, reasoning, tool use, memory management, retrieval, and autonomous execution. You will work on LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, evaluation systems, and scalable AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Build multi-agent AI workflows and autonomous execution systems
- Develop tool-calling, memory, retrieval, and reasoning pipelines
- Design scalable RAG and vector database architectures
- Build backend APIs and AI infrastructure using Python
- Create evaluation and observability systems for metrics like Pass@k, latency, hallucination rates, and execution correctness
- Rapidly prototype and deploy production-grade AI systems
Requirements
- 2–8+ years of experience in Applied AI, LLM Systems, AI Infrastructure, or ML Systems Engineering
- Strong Python and backend engineering skills
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, tool orchestration, memory systems, and autonomous workflows
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, DSPy, Semantic Kernel, FastAPI, or similar
- Strong understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and semantic retrieval
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, PostgreSQL, and cloud AI infrastructure is a plus
- Experience with LangSmith, W&B, MLflow, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar evaluation/observability tools preferred
