A JEE/NEET (including ADVANCE)Chemistry Faculty prepares students for highly competitive engineering and medical entrance exams. Responsibilities include delivering engaging lectures, simplifying complex concepts (in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry), solving numerical problems, and creating targeted study materials.
Core Responsibilities
- Instruction: Deliver high-quality, exam-oriented lectures tailored to JEE (Main/Advanced) and NEET syllabi.
- Content Creation: Develop daily practice problems (DPPs), mock tests, and comprehensive study modules.
- Mentorship: Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, monitor individual student progress, and provide personalized academic strategies.
- Assessment: Design, evaluate, and discuss regular tests to help students improve time management and accuracy.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree (M.Sc) in Chemistry; candidates with an M.Tech, Ph.D., or degrees from top-tier institutions (IIT/NIT) are highly preferred.
- Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of proven experience in teaching higher secondary students for competitive exams.
- Skills: In-depth subject expertise, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to simplify difficult concepts.
- Mid-Level (4–7 years): ₹8,00,000 to ₹16,00,000 per annum
