Wogom is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and strengthen the distributor network within the assigned region. The role involves managing sales performance, distributor relationships, team leadership, and overall branch profitability while ensuring smooth execution of business strategies.

Develop and expand the distributor, wholesaler, and channel partner network within the assigned territory.

Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.

Monitor and improve distributor performance, productivity, and engagement.

Ensure smooth onboarding and support of new distributors and channel partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and business stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless business execution.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop growth strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and operational standards.

Prepare and present periodic business reports, sales forecasts, and performance reviews to management.

Manage branch profitability, revenue generation, and business expansion initiatives.

5+ years of experience in Branch Management, Channel Sales, Distribution Sales, or Business Development.

Proven experience in handling distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners.

Strong understanding of market expansion, territory management, and sales operations.

Experience in FMCD, Fintech, Consumer Goods, or related industries preferred.
