Receptionist Responsibilities
- Welcome students and parents visiting the office
- Handle front desk operations professionally
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to counselors
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Manage office emails, courier, and documents
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable
- Coordinate meetings between students and counselors
- Support administrative tasks and data entry
Telecaller Responsibilities
- Call prospective students generated through ads, social media, or inquiries
- Explain overseas education services, universities, courses, and admission processes
- Follow up with interested students regularly
- Schedule counseling appointments for education consultants
- Maintain lead details in CRM or Excel sheets
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
- Send WhatsApp messages, emails, and reminders to students
- Collect basic student information such as academic background, IELTS/PTE status, preferred country, and budget
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Excel)
- Polite and confident speaking ability
- Customer handling and convincing skills
- Time management and multitasking
- Basic knowledge of study abroad procedures is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,766.31 per month
Work Location: In person
