Job Summary
The MEP Engineer is responsible for executing, coordinating, and supervising Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at site for The Parksyde project. The role ensures that all MEP activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV works at site.
- Ensure MEP installations are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate daily site activities with contractors and subcontractors.
- Identify and resolve site-level MEP issues in coordination with senior engineers.
Drawings & Submittals
- Review and follow approved shop drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings.
- Assist in preparation and review of material submittals and method statements.
- Ensure proper implementation of coordinated MEP drawings on site.
Coordination & Interface Management
- Coordinate with civil, finishing, and architectural teams for smooth execution.
- Support MEP coordination meetings and resolve clashes at site.
- Liaise with consultants for inspections and approvals.
Testing, Commissioning & Handover
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and balancing of MEP systems.
- Support snag clearance, inspections, and handover activities.
- Help in preparation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
Quality, Safety & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure rectification of defects.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in MEP works for residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Experience in high-rise residential projects preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian standards and local authority requirements.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of Revit MEP / BIM coordination is an advantage.
Soft Skills
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to work under site conditions and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
