About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, AI/ML model development, AI Agent creation, and SQL. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges while working with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent AI agents.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Develop scalable AI/ML solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Create and implement AI agents for automation and intelligent workflows.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to build predictive and generative AI solutions.
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and deployment pipelines.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve AI models in production environments.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI trends.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience in creating and implementing AI Agents.
- Extensive experience in developing, training, testing, and deploying AI/ML models.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying, analysis, and database management.
- Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and model optimization.
- Experience working with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, RAG, and prompt engineering is an added advantage.
- Experience with REST APIs, model deployment, and cloud platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Experience deploying AI models using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
