Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Manage Professional Tax (PT), PF, ESIC, TDS, and GST compliances.
- Prepare and maintain statutory records and ensure timely payments and filings.
- Perform salary calculations, including statutory deductions and payroll-related entries.
- Manage petty cash transactions, expense vouchers, and reimbursement records.
- Maintain and verify Directors' expenses, supporting documents, and accounting entries.
- Handle bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Record and monitor employee and administrative expenses.
- Prepare monthly expense statements and other MIS reports as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all financial transactions.
- Assist in monthly closing, audit requirements, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments whenever required.
- Ensure compliance deadlines are tracked and completed on time.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, payment records, statutory documents, and other accounting documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- PT – Professional Tax
- PF – Provident Fund
- ESIC
- TDS
- GST
- Salary Calculations & Payroll
- Petty Cash & Expense Management
- Directors' Expenses
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Pay: ₹10,812.77 - ₹45,000.00 per month
