Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Modular Kitchen Designer to join our team. This role combines design expertise with retail sales, requiring the ability to understand client needs, create functional and aesthetic designs, and drive showroom sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and drive sales conversions
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized kitchen & wardrobe solutions
- Create 2D & 3D designs using AutoCAD
- Deliver effective product presentations and consultations
- Ensure excellent customer service (pre & post sales)
- Handle customer queries and grievance resolution
- Coordinate order processing, execution, and delivery
- Maintain inventory and stock monitoring
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Travel for business requirements, if needed
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Retail/Furniture/Modular Kitchen Industry
- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD (2D & 3D design)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving approach
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in modular kitchen and wardrobe designing
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
