Role: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process
Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (Based on Experience)
Role & Responsibilities
- Handling customer calls efficiently
- Managing both inbound & outbound calls
- Resolving customer issues promptly
- Providing accurate information & support
- Maintaining high-quality customer service standards
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduates from any degree can apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts (Any 9 hours)
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs
- Work from Office role
