You will be the front face of the company and responsible for generating leads and closing deals. ### *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Lead Generation*: Identify new prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and field visits. 2. *Client Acquisition*: Pitch company products/services to potential clients and convert leads into customers. 3. *Market Research*: Study industry trends, competitor activities, and identify new market segments. 4. *Client Relationship*: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and upselling. 5. *Sales Targets*: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets set by management. 6. *Presentations & Proposals*: Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients. 7. *Negotiation*: Handle pricing negotiations and close deals while ensuring profitability. 8. *CRM Management*: Update all client interactions, leads, and pipeline status in CRM software daily. 9. *Coordination*: Work with marketing, operations, and accounts teams for smooth client onboarding. ### *Required Skills & Qualifications:* 1. *Education*: Graduate in any stream.
