Job Summary :
We are seeking a versatile IT Trainer to deliver training across multiple domains ranging from basic computer fundamentals to advanced programming and data technologies. The trainer will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students through practical, job-oriented learning paths.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on basic to advanced IT topics in a structured manner
- Teach programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python
- Provide training in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, automation)
- Conduct sessions on SQL, database management, and data handling
- Teach Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend fundamentals)
- Introduce students to Data Analysis and Data Science concepts
- Design course materials, assignments, and real-time projects
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions and practical exercises
- Evaluate student performance through tests and projects
- Assist students with placement preparation and career guidance
- Stay updated with latest tools, technologies, and industry trends
Technical Skills RequiredProgramming Languages
Data & Database
- SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Database concepts (Normalization, Queries, Joins)
Advanced Excel
- Formulas & Functions
- Pivot Tables & Charts
- Dashboards & Data Visualization
- Macros (Basic VBA preferred)
Full Stack Development
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Frontend frameworks (basic knowledge of React/Angular – optional)
- Backend basics (Node.js / Java / Python frameworks)

- Data Analysis (Excel / Python / Power BI – optional)
- Basic Data Science concepts (Statistics, Visualization, Intro to ML)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
- Strong practical knowledge in multiple technologies listed above
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in relevant technologies (Python, Java, Data Science, etc.)
- Experience in training or teaching (added advantage)
- Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Git
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in IT training or industry
- Freshers with strong technical and teaching skills can also apply
