Key Responsibility :
- Help increase revenue by selling, upselling, or cross-selling the institute’s courses to current and potential students and parents through calls, emails, and personal counseling.
- Collect any pending fees from parents within the given timeframe.
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure a smooth experience for students from start to finish.
- Provide excellent customer service by building strong relationships with students and parents and resolving their issues quickly.
- Follow all internal processes and comply with company rules.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,433.21 per month
