Minerva Group of Institutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer to strengthen our student outreach, admissions, and institutional growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate student admissions through various marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, coaching institutes, and educational consultants.
- Conduct career counseling sessions and provide guidance to prospective students and parents.
- Organize seminars, workshops, educational fairs, and promotional events.
- Achieve admission targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the education sector.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Business Development) preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Admissions, or Educational Sales.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel for institutional visits and promotional activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in educational institutions, universities, colleges, coaching institutes, or EdTech organizations.
- Strong network with schools and educational stakeholders.
- Passion for counseling students and helping them achieve their career goals.
