Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication.
- Follow up with leads and abandoned orders.
- Assist customers with product recommendations and sizing.
- Resolve order, delivery, exchange, and return-related queries.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain customer records and conversation history.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Drive repeat purchases through regular customer engagement.
- Support loyalty programs, launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
