Business Development Manager (BDM) – US Staffing
Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Experience: 1–5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Acquire and manage direct clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors.
- Build strong client relationships and understand hiring requirements.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Knowledge of the US staffing industry and recruitment process.
