Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly dependable, proactive, and execution-focused Executive Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director. This is not a conventional secretary role. We are looking for someone who can anticipate requirements, drive tasks to completion, coordinate across departments, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, persistent with follow-ups, comfortable handling confidential information, and capable of managing both business and occasional personal assignments with complete professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Track multiple ongoing tasks and ensure timely completion through continuous follow-up.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and business correspondence.
- Maintain meeting minutes, action trackers, and ensure execution of assigned tasks.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
- Organize files, records, and documentation efficiently.
- Coordinate administrative activities and support office operations when required.
- Assist in planning meetings, events, and management reviews.
- Handle occasional personal tasks for the Managing Director with professionalism and confidentiality.
Candidate ProfileExperience
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary to senior management, Office Coordinator, or Administrative Coordinator.
- Experience supporting a Managing Director, CEO, or senior leadership team will be preferred.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Secretarial training or administrative qualifications will be an added advantage.
