Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the organization's financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in accounting standards, direct and indirect taxation, audits, budgeting, and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle direct and indirect tax planning, filing of returns, assessments, and notices.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants during audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial forecasts.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and banking operations.
- Develop annual budgets and monitor budget variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other financial laws.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Manage financial controls, risk assessment, and internal control systems.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS).
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and statutory audits.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Additional certifications in Finance or Taxation are an advantage.
Experience
- 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in corporate finance, taxation, audit, and compliance.
- Prior experience in handling team management and financial planning is preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
