Senior Manager – Growth | B2B Fintech (BFSI Sales)
Location: Mumbai / Delhi-NCR/Chennai
Experience: 7–10 years (4+ years in BFSI sales)
Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Manager – Growth to drive new business and account expansion across Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, MFIs, and Fintechs. The role involves enterprise sales, strategic account management, pipeline ownership, and leading complex BFSI deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build pipeline through outbound, partnerships, and referrals.
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycle.
- Engage CXOs, business heads, and technology stakeholders.
- Lead demos, solution workshops, commercials, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Pre-sales, and Delivery teams.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate sales forecasting.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in B2B tech sales/business development.
- Minimum 4 years selling to BFSI clients.
- Strong understanding of banking/NBFC ecosystem and enterprise sales.
- Experience closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA preferred.
Preferred
- Fintech/SaaS/Banking technology sales background.
- Experience selling AI/analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC / Challenger / Solution Selling.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.25 - ₹2,500,000.31 per year
