Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of our Trichy branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, handling client consultations, and ensuring the achievement of branch business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive branch sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Manage and mentor the branch sales team to improve performance
- Handle client inquiries, consultations, and sales closures
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, partnerships, and lead generation activities
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, and business metrics
- Coordinate with operations and production teams for smooth project execution
- Prepare sales reports and present branch performance updates to management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes
