What You'll Be Doing
● Take ownership of end-to-end training delivery for F&B Service Associate batches — from orientation to final assessment
● Teach table setting, guest handling, order-taking etiquette, tray service, and basic bar/beverage service techniques
● Simulate real restaurant/hotel floor scenarios to build practical confidence in trainees
● Instill grooming, hygiene, and professional etiquette standards expected in the hospitality industry
● Track individual trainee growth and provide constructive, personalized feedback
● Work closely with the curriculum/HR team to keep training content updated with current industry practices
● Support batch documentation — attendance, assessment scores, and certification readiness
● Occasionally coordinate with hotel/restaurant partners for exposure visits or on-the-job training tie-ups
Who We're Looking For
● Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
● 2+ years of hands-on experience in F&B service — restaurants, hotels, banquets, or QSR chains
● Prior exposure to training/mentoring freshers is a strong plus
● Well-groomed, guest-service mindset with a knack for real-world storytelling in training

● Ability to keep training sessions engaging, not just instructional
● Comfortable with basic reporting/documentation (MS Office)
Pay: ₹9,009.44 - ₹25,978.13 per month
