Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM Hospitality) or Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a BDM Hospitality, you will play a key role in expanding GoRoomGo's network by working directly with hotel management. You will visit hotels, establish connections, and sell our services to improve their online presence. This is a field-based role, requiring you to actively engage with potential hotel clients and ensure that they are onboarded with GoRoomGo's platform and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit hotels within your assigned region and introduce GoRoomGo’s services.
- Upload hotel information and details onto our platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Actively pitch and sell GoRoomGo's services to hotel management to drive partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotel clients.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Provide feedback and insights from hotel partners to improve GoRoomGo's
- offerings.
- Keep track of client interactions and sales performance through our CRM system.
- Ensure all hotel data is accurately uploaded and updated on the platform.
- Travel to various hotels, performing all duties related to establishing partnerships.
Eligibility and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in the field.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
- Prior experience in sales, fieldwork, or hospitality industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for reporting and data entry.
- Willingness to travel frequently and engage in face-to-face interactions with clients.
Compensation:
Full-time role with a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹23,000 per month.
