Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Commerce & Accounts Faculty to teach students of 11th and 12th grades and CA Foundation students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise and a proven track record of delivering excellent academic results.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare structured lesson plans and deliver engaging sessions.
Conduct regular tests, assessments, and performance evaluations.
Provide personalized guidance and doubt clarification.
Prepare students for board exams with result-oriented strategies.
Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
Create a disciplined and motivating classroom environment.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of teaching experience in 11th & 12th (Intermediate level).
Strong subject expertise, especially in Accountancy.
