Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced BOQ & Billing Executive with strong knowledge of interior fit-out and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, project estimates, client billing, subcontractor billing, and maintaining accurate project cost documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
- Conduct accurate quantity take-offs from architectural, civil, MEP, and interior drawings.
- Prepare estimates, rate analysis, and cost sheets for projects.
- Prepare and submit client RA Bills, running bills, and final bills.
- Verify subcontractor/vendor bills against actual site measurements and BOQ quantities.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Designers, and Accounts team for billing and quantity-related matters.
- Prepare measurement sheets and maintain proper billing documentation.
- Track BOQ quantities versus actual site consumption/execution.
- Prepare variation orders, extra-item statements, and deviation statements.
- Check material quantities, wastage, and project costs to support cost control.
- Review drawings and identify quantity changes due to revisions.
- Maintain project-wise records of BOQ, billing, measurements, variations, and payments.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors regarding billing and commercial issues.
- Assist in project cost reconciliation and monthly commercial reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Good understanding of interior fit-out and construction works.
- Experience in client billing and subcontractor billing.
- Good knowledge of rate analysis and measurements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Good numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
